Nokia Lumia 900 in Times Square, launch event (video)
An in that year and a half the worlds number 2 mobile phone company that will soon be number 1, could not sell it. Nokia is generating initial interest because the whole damn world has been waiting 5 years for them to do something and they are willing to have a look to see if this is finally it. But, when they see the phone is mediocre, that initial launch hype will die down.
Plus, there's NOTHING new about Metro. Microsoft has been trying to get people to buy it for 5 years. It's the ZUNE interface. It's been around forever in terms of Mobile and STILL hasn't caught on. So the UI is old and the OS it's self is ancient. But I'm sure the next version will be great. Just keep on waiting.... microsoft promises they'll get it right someday.
